If you keep getting kicked by punkbuster try the following solutions:

Try joining different servers. You may be PB banned via your PB GUID from the server administator or from and anti-cheat group banlist.

Disable Windows defender.

Try finding pnkbstra.exe and pnkbstrb.exe and allow them to run as administrator. (Right-click> properties>Compatibility)

Double check that windows firewall is allowing pnkbstra and pnkbstrb in your INBOUND rules.

You have security software blocking your PB. Try uninstalling (temporary) all security software.

Dont just disable any security software, uninstall them. You can always re-install but this will help eliminate and troubleshoot.

Ive come up with a fix for this but it needs someone who is not having problems jumpin on server with the new hotfix patch. A couple of my clan were having problems joining server, so I uploaded a full copy of my pb folder to our website. They have downlaoded and replaced the existing pb folder and all files contained within it and are now successfully joining servers. MY guess is that during the update there is a corrupt file that has been downloaded and hence why the kicks are occurring. So to put it simple, if you know of someone who is fine joining servers, grab a copy of their entire pb directory from the "America's Army 3/Binaries" folder.

Remember this is only an alternative solution to those that have been suggested.

Go into your AA folder, go to Binaries, and run the application called pbsvc_pg

This is the updater for PunkBuster. Make sure you allow it to go through the entire process. It fixed my issue. Most likely the game installer puts in a corrupted or outdated version of PB.

Only one time had a PB problem. Only fix that worked was d/l from Evenbalance after removal and then restart and have never had a problem since.
