One. Most private servers are clan-owned and a big part of the clan community is playing together. Would you please add a "move player to opposite team" choice for server admins? This would also allow for better team balancing since high skill players could be evenly divided on both teams ...
*Flamer alert* Private servers are paid for by the clans and they can run them however they feel is best ... don't like it, don't play there ...

Two. Fall damage and the Editor. Currently, fall damage is to severe and unrealistic. Would you please add the ability, in the Editor, to set a more accurate fall damage? UMM's would really like to model accurate physics for simple damage like dropping down.
*Flamer alert* If some UMM decides to allow jumping from skyscrapers with no damage ... just don't play that map ...

Three. Decals in the Editor. Having some decals like "tire tracks", "slushy snow", "rust", would really enable UMM makers to achieve better looking maps without having to buy and master programs like photoshop, 3D-Max, Blender, etc ... Would you please expand the Decal selection to include more simple decals like those above?
