You could try setbind "T" "" or setbind "T" "NoAction"
I'm not sure if this would work: -bindings(Name="T",Command="GBA_TeamChat")

Or you could just bind everything to your mouse. These Devs really don't think things through do they. still gba_ sight | gba_breathin and |gba_ Tactical'in. Also gba_firing | while gba_enemy spotted.

also where did JaK go? The thread's not obsolete. There's now a list of "restricted commands" that are subject to scrutiny by an extra piece of code before being implemented. Binds not on the restricted list (for example, JaK's advanced bind for setting up pre-written messages via the numpad) would continue to work as they always have.

I can go into my mouse software and bind LMB to simulate pressing I,O,P on the keyboard. To my knowledge, the fix prevents binding certain actions with certain other actions through *in-game* mechanisms.
Unless you mean via setbind, their fix is working as intended. If a workaround requires using external software, that's outside their control to a certain extent.

the way I read that, he said firing | spot was still working.
if there is a third party that works around that, then this is a bigger problem than intended.

The challenge is ensuring that any pernicious *commands* aren't available to be bound anywhere.
