 Post subject: Constant Crash (.exe has stopped responding) [FIXED]

Every time I join a game within about 2 minutes the launcher crashes. It is very frustrating because I want to love this game. Does anybody have a fix or know where I can find the crash log? I've tried many different servers but they all crash eventually.

when the launcher crashes (presumably after you have joined a server) can you still play?

the laucher crashes on me almost everytime i play the game, its not exactly 2 mins into playing it varies but it always does at some point. since im still in the game playing i just ignore it and carry on playing.

No, sadly not. The game itself crashes and never responds which is very frustrating. The menu stays open, so I can still join another server, but then a minute later it crashes again. Do you know where I might find the crash report?

immediately after the crash, (also close the launcher if its still open) then look/navigate here..

C:\Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame\Logs\AAClient

(or whichever drive your documents folder is located)

when you find it, copy and paste the contents of AAClient.log into a forum post. you MUST do it straight after the crash happens as the game will generate a new log when you launch the game again.

Thanks for the help finding it. I had to play for a much longer time before it crashed, but it still did eventually. I had to cut down the log to get it to fit, so here's the end piece:

You need to install drivers from Dec. 2014

Nvidia pushed a hotfix the other day, supposed to fix some crashing issues, so either the new hotfix or the older one as m-hermann said.

Thank you all for the help. I have tried both the newest version of my driver and the December version. The hotfix didn't seem to work but I have been using the December driver for days now without a single crash, I think this crash is solved.
