I usually hop in a server and soon after my game crashes...

MSVCR100.dll seems to be missing/wrong version/wrong location.
Reinstall visual c++
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\America's Army\_CommonRedist\vcredist)
I'm not sure which to use, try it out.
