Its not that i didn't understand i didn't think it deserved a full response.

Can we not just get some sort of realism mode for players like this? I personally could of care less what its like in real life. Training would make no difference at all except make a boring hurdle to use the gun and stop a new player from using it against someone that already has. Its not going to improve players the same people are going to be good/bad at it.

Realistic missions would need airstrikes and attack helicopters called in. Would you be happy with this?
