There is an issue in the current net code, that when you have packet losses your character location is updated incorrectly and server, in attempt to synchronize your position, for some reason teleports you in front.

If a player will be controlling his/her packets, it has a potential of a speed hack, that can't be traced by anti-cheat programs. I have noticed, that sometimes, some players were able to get to some places unusually fast. I don't think, that they were using something deliberately to simulate a packet loss, that was probably their bad connection.

This issue needs to be looked at.
