He is an actual admin OF PB, and yes he CAN ban you globally, and it will not show up in the database. And unlike naver, mine was not reversed.

Trivia night is best night

Around my area, it's a Sunday-Thursday event to draw in crowds to the bars. I haven't heard of any where it was actually a benefit event.
