PROBLEM: Incapacitating the VIP as the last OPFOR alive, doesn't count as completed objective (and probably it doesn't count in the "not on my watch" achievement).
REPRODUCTION:
1. Shoot the VIP incapacitated, while he is the last opfor alive.
2. Round summary screen says:
- You won by neutralizing the opponent team.
- 0 objective completed (flag icon)

Expected result:
- Objective completed by <you>.
-1 objective completed (flag icon)
