Currently on a laptop with the following specs
Intel 4700MQ 2.4 ghz on a x64 system
8 GB of RAM
Nvidia 765M Graphics card
I am having HUGE issues with fps right now, making the game just about unplayable and I'm not sure if its my hardware here or something else.

I've followed a guide directing me to change certain ini settings to improve FPS, before I did this I was lucky to get 15 FPS on lowest ingame settings. After changing the settings in the .ini files I get anywhere from 15-24 FPS with everything turned off. I can't even play beyond 1280 x 1024. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? I generally have great fps in other games, such as ESO or league, etc though those are very different. I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this and help me out!

EDIT: After some research I managed to figure it out! I appreciate the post below me however the issue was that my laptop is stupid and decided to try and use my intel integrated graphics card rather than my 765m. Once I made the NVidia control panel force it to use my 765m I am shooting way over 60 FPS. Thanks! Pass this information on to anyone else having issues and GOODLUCK!

So a quad core 2.4 with an integrated video card.. might want to drop the resolution as much as you can .. but at that point you would see anything I know Ive tried it here on my work PC and its unplayable.

there isn't much you can do but upgrade.. and away from a Laptop

not sure what those other games you play are, but compared to the better games out there AA isnt as well optimized so even with high end PC's were not seeing the numbers we should. So with that in mind your current laptop has no chance. !

I'm guessing he has an Nvidia Optimus laptop, one of these with both Intel and Nvidia chipsets...i am still impressed that the integrated Intel one could even run the game at all.

Beefy cpu for a laptop anyway (47watts tdp)
