zip ties are one of the most useful things in my garden shed, alongside the chainsaw.

Vapor trust me m8 you have been playing with inexperienced player and thats a good thing because it mean that new players are joining. Now if you want the best experience ever and have fun, join a server where there is an active clan who owns it, join their teamspeak and try the real AA3 experience. Each evening or late night in our clan we are more than 10 players online, and no one dare not to medic an injured friend. Healing is a must, when possible. I invite to join our game server and teamspeak, have some fun with us.

Yeah, actually most soldiers do carry 3 or 4 sets of zip ties in their MOLLE gear. What's your point? As for medics, since there are only 4 answers to remember you very rarely see someone get the wrong course of treatment. Not sure what idiots you were playing with. More realistic and more enjoyable than mindlessly just pressing a key for a magical heal. Sure it's still kinda far fetched to pick up someone who's unconscious and get em back into the fight in 10 seconds or less but at least it's better than the way it was before.
