Being your average run of the mill, middle aged Brit, PG Tips is my favourite Tea.. even though I don't care much for Tea.. I much prefer a nice cup of Nescafe coffee, but hey.. if I'm all outta the coffee, you do what you gotta do to keep the taste buds lubricated right?

R&R don't get much by the way of new threads these days, so the resident troll thought it fitting to give it a rather pointless new one, whilst sipping his Tea

Oh i know its not the best, not by far.. but the price of coffee over here is ridiculous, I just go with the next best option without needing to take out a small loan

not even the high priced "special" coffee is out of reach.
250g/85skr.
Not really something that would ruin me, "normal" coffee is 40-50skr/500g.

And tea?
No thanks.

Nescafe classic 200gr. = 5,84€

German normal "premium" coffee 500gr. = 5,66€

And you get 10 times more cups filled from the normal stuff.

i got a nescaffe capsule coffee machine as gift last year,a pack of 10 capsules cost 4 euros. One day i was out of capsules and craved for a cup,so i went to youtube to find instructions how to make an allready used capsule work with regular coffee ,and it was a horrible in taste and messy experience.

what is everyone's favourite coffee of choice then? open to suggestions

a 200g jar of nescafe at my local (rip-off) convenience store costs between £5 and £10 depending on offers. which only lasts a week at most in my house, i only drink the 'gold blend' type that they do, all the others are not very nice. i dont much care for too strong a coffee, ya know the types that taste like treacle and leave you needing a drink

Tea??? I drink iced-tea. How come you Europeans don't put ice in your drinks? When I come to visit and ask the waitress for an iced-tea she looks at me in a funny way. And I can't get ice in my Coke either... :P

we get ice in coke, unless you buy a can or bottle and have to add it yourself. the majority of fast food joints usually slap some ice in them, unless you ask them not too.. but who does that?

Tea on the other hand is meant to be hot.. not cold, just the thought of cold tea makes me cringe
