I already checked out an application for dea it said you need a mic.

Put in an app.. If you put in some time we will get a mic for you OR you can get a mic down the line. We are a pretty flexible clan. You wouldnt be the only one without a mic.. I believe the app says you must have intentions on getting a mic. Like I said, put in some time and we will get you one or get one at a later date. If thats the only thing keeping you from being a member its workable.
GroundHighZero is very correct though.
